You may import designs, images and videos (“Imports”, “Your Imports") into the Site for the purpose of creating customized images, videos and animations (”Your Exports"), which can be exported from the Site and saved to your device.
Your Imports are stored locally in your web browser. Your Imports are not uploaded to our servers. (MockRocket is not able to see or access Your Imports unless you specifically send them to us in an email, chat message, or other form of communication). MockRocket makes no claims of ownership over Your Imports.
Subject to the terms of these Terms of Use, MockRocket grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, revocable, limited, royalty-free, worldwide license to use Your Exports.
Your Exports may only be used by you, the sole end user, and MAY NOT be resold or relicensed to anyone else. (If you wish to create Exports that can be resold or licensed to other entities (for example: for use in a marketing agency or studio), you must contact the MockRocket team (derek@mockrocket.io) and inquire about a reseller license.)
Your Exports represent a combination of our Content (for example: 3D models, templates, images) and your Imports.
MockRocket maintains ownership of all its Content. You are NOT granted an exclusive right to any of our Content. MockRocket may license its content to other entities. You MAY NOT attempt to decrypt, decipher, reverse engineer or otherwise obtain a copy of any of the 3D models used in the Site.
You MAY NOT create Exports without providing Imports (each export must incorporate your own design, image, or video). Your Imports MAY NOT be generic placeholder media (transparent images, motion tracking markers, solid colors, gradients). Your Exports MAY NOT be used to create templates for use outside of the Site.
If Your Exports include a watermark, you MAY NOT remove the watermark.
You MAY NOT use our Content, our Site, or your Exports to create a similar service, tool or company.
You MAY NOT create Exports which are unlawful, defamatory or pornographic in nature, or which infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
MockRocket reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove Content (including, but not limited to 3D models, images and templates) from the Site at any time and for any reason. If you receive notice from MockRocket that content has been removed, or if you determine on your own, that any Content used in any of your Exports may be subject to a claim of intellectual property infringement, you agree to promptly stop using said Exports, destroy all copies and ensure that your employers and distributers or anyone else with a copy does the same. Subject to the terms of this Terms of Use, MockRocket will provide you with free replacement Exports, which it determines in its sole discretion, to be of comparable value.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that, wherever Your Exports incorporate visual representations of real-world products or marks, Your Exports are used in compliance with all local laws and do not infringe the rights of any third party (including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent rights).
Subject to the terms of these Terms of Use, you grant MockRocket a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your company name, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos to promote MockRocket online, unless you notify MockRocket by email (derek@mockrocket.io) that you do not wish for your names and marks to be used in promotion.
Use of any third-party company names, brand names, product names, trademarks or service marks on this Site does not imply endorsement or affiliation with these entities or ownership over these marks.
